GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (this “Agreement”), along with our [Fees Policy], Privacy Policy, and other applicable terms located at https://app.nanocard.co/terms-and-agreements/, form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and Nano Card (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By clicking "Agree", you confirm your intent to accept and be bound by this Agreement.
1.2 Definitions
Access Information: Any data allowing access to your account (e.g., username, password, PIN).
Account Administrator: Individual appointed to manage your Nano Card account.
AML Laws: Anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism, and sanctions laws applicable globally.
Business Day(s): Days when banks are open in Hong Kong, USA, EU, Israel, or UAE (excluding weekends and holidays).
Dashboard: Web interface showing account information.
Fees: Charges incurred for using Nano Card Services.
Forbidden Activities: Transactions or uses prohibited under Schedule I.
Funds: Money received into or paid from your account.
Inbound Payment: Funds received into the Client’s Multi-Currency Account.
Outbound Payment Order: Instruction given by Client to Nano Card to send funds.
Payee / Payer: Person receiving / sending funds to or from the Client’s account.
Person: Any legal or natural person or organization.
Nano Card Service Credentials: Account information (e.g., IBAN) used to operate services.
Sanction Laws: Laws from PRC, USA, UK, EU, or UN that restrict trade or payments.
Service Provider: Third-party partners such as payment processors, banks, crypto firms.
1.3 Contracting Entity
This Agreement is with Qbitech, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. Licensed services may be delivered through affiliates such as:
Blockscape (Hong Kong) Limited
Bytechip LLC (USA)
Qbit Financial Service (Lithuania)
Nano Card acts as a gateway and information intermediary between the Client and these providers.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT
2.1 Scope of Services
The Nano Card Account provides access to:
Dashboard
Multi-Currency Account
Crypto Wallet
Crypto Finance
Physical or virtual Nano Card (if separately applied for)
2.2 Not a Bank
Nano Card is not a bank and does not offer bank features such as interest payments.
2.3 Communication Restrictions
You may not directly contact our banking or payment partners unless we give written permission.
2.4 Eligibility
Only business entities may register (e.g., LLCs, corporations, partnerships).
Individual registration may be allowed on a limited trial basis.
Residents of restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions are not allowed to register.
2.5 Registration Declarations
By registering, the Client confirms:
They are lawfully organized and authorized to use services.
All submitted information is true, accurate, and complete.
They are using the account for business purposes only.
2.6 Know Your Customer (KYC)
You must provide documentation such as:
Certificate of Incorporation
Business License
ID for directors and owners
2.7 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
We reserve the right to decline or terminate service at any time if compliance with AML Laws cannot be assured.
2.8 Information Sharing
You authorize us to share your information with Service Providers as needed for service delivery.
2.9 Right to Refuse
We may reject or cancel account applications for compliance reasons.
2.10 Account Administrator
Each Client may designate an Account Administrator. This individual may:
Access all account areas
Initiate transactions
Manage sub-administrators
2.11 Security Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:
Protecting login credentials
Notifying us of breaches
Keeping credentials confidential
3. MULTI-CURRENCY ACCOUNT
3.1 Supported Currencies
Currently supports USD, EUR, and HKD (subject to change).
3.2 Virtual Account Nature
Funds are held in virtual sub-accounts; they do not earn interest.
3.3 Inbound Payments
Clients must apply for credentials to receive payments.
Payments must be made using correct information.
We may reject or delay payments for compliance reasons.
3.4 Outbound Payments
Requires payee approval by Nano Card.
Processing time is typically 1–15 Business Days.
Orders may be delayed or canceled for risk reasons.
3.5 Currency Exchange
Market rates apply.
Fees may be higher outside FX market hours or for exotic currencies.
3.6 Responsibilities and Limits
You are responsible for accurate data entry.
Payment limits may apply.
3.7 Right to Reject/Delay
We may delay or block transactions if:
Law or regulation requires
There is suspicion of fraud
Balance is insufficient
Account is inactive or suspended
4. CRYPTO WALLET
By registering, you agree to the Crypto Wallet Agreement available at:

5. CRYPTO FINANCE
Crypto lending and investment features are governed by the Crypto Finance Agreement:

6. NANO CARD
Physical or digital card access requires additional application and is governed by a separate cardholder agreement.
7. FEES
7.1 Overview
Fees are displayed in the Dashboard and subject to change.
7.2 Payment Process
Services are rendered only after full payment is received.
7.3 Third-Party Fees
Nano Card is not responsible for bank or platform charges.
8. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Service Providers:
Do not have a contractual relationship with the Client
Are not liable to the Client
Should not be contacted directly
9. TERMINATION
9.1 By Client
You may terminate the Agreement with 30 days’ notice.
9.2 By Nano Card
We may terminate service if:
You breach this Agreement
Your account is inactive for 2+ years
You engage in fraud or forbidden activity
Information provided is false or incomplete
9.3 Withholding
We may hold funds for up to 180 days to cover potential risks or disputes.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Nano Card owns all content, code, and branding. Clients may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or use these without permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect damages or losses exceeding 12 months of paid Fees.
We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure, third-party issues, or inaccurate Client input.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify us against any legal, financial, or regulatory claims that arise from your breach of this Agreement.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes must be resolved via arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
15. PRIVACY
We collect and use data per our Privacy Policy.
Data may be shared with regulators and Service Providers as needed.
Clients can access and request changes to their data.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
All legal communication must be in English.
We may amend these terms at any time with notice.
Invalid provisions will be replaced with enforceable ones.
Delay or failure to enforce any part of this Agreement is not a waiver.
SCHEDULE I – FORBIDDEN ACTIVITIES
You may not use Nano Card Services for:
Weapons or arms trading
Adult or pornographic services
Drug or cannabinoid sales
Gambling (offline or online)
Fake or counterfeit products
Money remittance or foreign exchange services
Political, religious, or charitable fundraising
Streaming or donation-based platforms
Unregulated lending or investment schemes
Second-hand vehicle dealers
Trusts, foundations, and non-profits
Nano Card updates this list periodically and may notify you by email.
